Chronara

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Chronara application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Chronara is a clock overlay application for Android that displays a customizable clock on top of other apps and the home screen. The App is developed and maintained by Coconatsu (Denis Berg), Dubai, UAE.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Chronara, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. License

Coconatsu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Paid Features and Subscriptions

4.1 Purchases

Paid features and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. All payments are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Coconatsu does not directly handle or store any payment information.

4.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. For issues not covered by Google Play's policy, you may contact us at th13thaiapp888@gmail.com.

4.4 Price Changes

Coconatsu reserves the right to change the pricing of paid features or subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Chronara are the exclusive property of Coconatsu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Coconatsu's trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase Analytics (analytics). Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Coconatsu is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Chronara displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Purchasing the paid version or an active subscription may remove ads, as described in the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Coconatsu does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coconatsu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if Coconatsu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Coconatsu reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Coconatsu, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

Coconatsu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
